"I have worked at numerous service projects during my years in high school and the Uhuru Breakfast Café is definitely one of the best projects I've been lucky to be a part of.  Last weekend I could have signed up for either the Uhuru booth or another project that is actually less than 10 minutes from my house, but I would rather drive over to St. Pete over any other project.
