Menus

This is a partial list of some of our favorite menus. We are happy to design unique menus to meet the needs of special festivals and events.

Uhuru Sunflower Burgers
These vegan, wheat-free, dairy-free and soy-free burgers are an Uhuru exclusive. Wheat burger bun, spicy or garlic/herb vegan mayonnaise, soy cheese available.
Middle Eastern Falafel or Meat Pita
Falafel, Lettuce, Cucumber, Tomato and Homemade Tahina Sauce in a Pita Pocket; Lamb and Beef Grilled with Spices, Cucumber and Yogurt-mint Sauce in a Pita Pocket; Hummus Salad, Tabouleh Salad, Stuffed Grape Leaves.
Louisiana hot or mild sausages with grilled peppers and onions
An all beef high quality sausage sandwich. Can be paired with All Beef Foot-long Hot Dogs, Chicken Sausages, Garlic French Fries.
Grilled CrabCakes
Fresh Homemade Grilled Crab Cakes served fresh off the griddle. Can be paired with Deep Fried Tempura Calamari, Lemon-Dill Seafood Pasta Salad, Green Salad, Hand-cut Garlic French Fries, Lemon and Homemade Cocktail Sauce.
Gourmet Hot Breakfast

Scrambled eggs, Omelettes and Breakfast Wraps with Home Fries, Cornbread or Multigrain Toast, and Fruit
Philadelphia Cheesesteak Sandwiches

Art and Soul (Oakland)
2002 - 2008 • A premier arts and cultural festival in downtown Oakland , sponsored by the City of Oakland . Attracts people from around the Bay Area. Labor Day weekend.

California Strawberry Festival (Ventura)
2004-2006 • A premier festival featuring all things Strawberry! 3 rd weekend of May.

Carnaval (San Francisco)
1981-2007 • San Francisco 's Mission District's spring festival. Featuring a regionally attended Carnaval parade, crafts and foods vendors. Last weekend of May.

Gravenstein Apple Fair
2007 - 2008 • A weekend of family, fun and apples in Sebastapol, during the month of August. Our seafood menu was a hit!

Hardly Strictly Bluegrass
2004 - 2007 • Five-stage, 3-day music festival with premier acts, including bluegrass, blues, latin and jazz.
First weekend of October.

Maker Faire
2007 - 2008 • A Do-It-Yourself extravaganza at the San Mateo Fairgrounds. The third weekend of May. We feature our homemade veggie burgers, falafels and gourmet grilled crab cakes! Fast-moving crowds all day.

Monterey Jazz Festival
1991 - 2007• The region's premier Jazz Festival. Featuring nationally known jazz and blues artists, and the areas best ethnic food vendors. Three days in mid-September.

Reggae on the River / Reggae Rising
1988 - 2008 • This event features the world's most popular Reggae artists, performing for more than 24 hours over three days. Attended by 10,000 campers in the California Redwoods, we serve 3,000 meals each year.

San Francisco Pride Festival
1978 -1998, 2002-2008 • Up to 1/2 million people from around the country attend this extravaganza each year. Featuring parade, crafts vendors, community service organizations and the region's most popular food vendors. Fourth Sunday of June.

San Francisco Anti-War Rally
2002 - 2007 • Food vendor coordinator. Provided food services for quarter-million participants, securing all necessary permits.

2003 - 2008 • Florida’s largest fresh market weekly from October to May. Our gourmet breakfast menu is a staple that has helped make this the destination for locals and tourists alike.

Honda Grand Prix
2005 - 2008 • Serving Philly Cheesesteaks and Smoked Sausage to tens of thousands of race fans and crews at this three day annual event.

St. Anthony’s Triathlon
2007 - 2008 • Serving breakfast to hungry spectators and athletes at this popular international Iron Man event.

St. Pete Pride Festival
2003 - 2008 • The Southeast’s largest Pride parade and street festival.

Circus McGurkis
2001 - 2007 • Our vegetarian menu at this environmental and community oriented festival is consistently a hit.
